When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays (like Christmas and New Year’s Day) and any days when carriers are not operating. We do our best to pack and ship daily, but during times of high demand, your order may take a little longer to leave our studio.

Holiday Notice:

During the holiday season, please allow an extra 3–5 business days for processing and packing.

How much is shipping?

Our standard shipping is free for all domestic orders.

What size should I order?

Our products are designed to fit true to size — so if you usually wear a Large, we recommend ordering a Large from us.

Between sizes? Here’s the rule of thumb:

  • Go one size up for a relaxed or slightly oversized look.
  • Go one size down for a more fitted, athletic feel.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order as much as we loved making it. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery.

To start a return, just email us at contact@tinycrisis.com — we’ll help you sort it out quickly and pain-free.

Please note: All 3D stickers are final sale (they’re handmade and can’t be restocked once they leave our studio).

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, email us at contact@tinycrisis.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships out — but once your order has been fulfilled or handed off to the carrier, we can’t cancel it.
